Payment

Bank transfer (powered by SUMUP LIMITED) are our preferable payment methods on www.solarkithome.com. You can also use alternative payment methods – such as Revolut or wise transfer. If you want to use Revolut or wise transfer, please contact us at customer support with your order details to get our bank information.

Payments may be declined or returned to you, at Solar kit home’s sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. If we accept a pre-order of any product, your account, credit card, or other payment mechanisms will be charged upon approval by solar kit home, regardless of when your purchase is expected to ship.

If any credit card chargeback of any amount is issued on an order, the limited warranty for that order will be paused until the chargeback has been resolved.

Tax

All solar energy product’s price include tax ( sales tax) will be collected on all orders where such taxes are required to be collected.

Financing

For qualified purchasers, solar energy system may be financed through solar kit home’s consumer financing partners. The necessary qualifications for financing a purchase, and your rights and obligations associated with such purchase, are solely determined by the consumer financing partner. It is your responsibility to review and understand all terms and conditions associated with financing a solar system purchase, and you hereby acknowledge that solar kit home is no way responsible for any such financing.

Refund

If you are approved for any refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days.

Orders Flagged as Fraud

If your order is flagged by our system as a high risk of fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to fulfill and to refund your order. If you feel that a refund was made by mistake, please contact us at customer support.
